FUE hair transplant without hair scraping - how to start and evolve in the technique

ABSTRACT

Introduction: the biggest complaint of patients regarding the FUE technique, is the need for hair shaving. Some different forms were proposed to perform the extraction of the units without complete shaving.
Method: Patients undergoing FUE hair transplant surgery at the Graf Guimarães clinic from the year 2015 to 2019, who did not wish to shave the hair, underwent the technique, in a logical evolution of improvement.
Results: All patients submitted to the FUE technique without shaving were satisfied with the immediate postoperative result and, to the surgeon was possible to improve the technique in a natural way.
Conclusions: Through tireless training, it is possible to perform the technique in a constant evolution, with better and better results.

RESUMO

Introdução: a maior queixa dos pacientes em relação à técnica FUE, é a necessidade da raspagem dos cabelos. Algumas formas diferentes foram propostas para realizar a extração das unidades sem a raspagem completa.
Método: Os pacientes submetidos a cirurgia de transplante capilar FUE na clínica Graf Guimarães, entre os anos 2015 e 2019, que não desejavam a raspagem dos fios foram submetidos à técnica, em uma evolução lógica de aprimoramento.
Resultados: Todos os pacientes submetidos à técnica FUE sem raspagem ficaram satisfeitos com o resultado pós-operatório imediato e, ao cirurgião, foi possível o aprimoramento de maneira natural.
Conclusão: por meio de treinamento incansável, é possível realizar a técnica em evolução constante, com resultados cada vez melhores.
